摘　　要：高校学风建设与学业支持系统是实现全员、全过程、全方位育人理念的关键平台和核心载体。立足于高校思想政治工作,依据思想政治工作规律、教书育人规律和学生成长规律,通过实践探索,构建三全育人视域下学风建设与学业支持系统,增强思想政治教育实效性,助力学生成长成才。The construction of good learning atmosphere and academic support system in colleges and universities is the key plat- form and the core carrier of realizing the educational concept of ＂three - all education＂ （ all - party participation, all - processes in- volvement and all -sector connection）. Under the law of ideological and political work, which contains ideological and political work, teaching and students development, this study is based on the ideology political work in colleges and universities. And it probes into building learning atmosphere and academic support system under the view of ＂three - all education＂ to strengthen the efficiency in ide- ological and laolitical education and to further offer better service to students＇ growth.
