摘 要:采用碱和柠檬酸依次处理HZSM-5分子筛,制备出具有微孔-介孔多级孔HZSM-5催化剂,记为HZ(AC-0.5),通过X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积(BET)、氨气程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)等方法对改性前后的催化剂进行表征,并在小型固定床反应器上,考察了工艺条件对催化剂噻吩烷基化反应的影响。结果表明:在反应温度为120℃,反应压力为1.0 MPa,体积空速为1.0 h-1的条件下,HZ(AC-0.5)催化剂的噻吩烷基化转化率最高可达95.6%;催化剂反应重复进行5次后,噻吩的转化率明显下降,说明催化剂已经失活;对失活的催化剂进行高温处理再生后,其噻吩转化率为91.3%,说明高温处理后的再生催化剂依然具有较强活性。The microporous- mesoporous hierar- chical pore HZSM -5 molecular sieve, after treating by alkall and citric acid successively,was prepared, denoted by HZ ( AC - 0.5 ) , and the raw and modi- fied catalyst was characterizd by X - ray diffraction (XRD) , specific surface area(BET) , NH3 tempera- ture programmed desorption ( NH3 - TPD) and the effect of process conditions on catalyst thiophene al- kylation reaction was investigated in a small fixed bed reactor. The results showed that under the con- ditions of reaction temperature 120 ℃ ,reaction pres-sure 1.0 MPa, volume velocity 1. 0 h-I, the thio- phene alky|ation conversion of HZ ( AC - 0.5 ) cata- lyst reached the highest 95. 6%; after repeating 5 times, the thiophene conversion decreased obvious- ly, indicating that the catalyst was deactivated ;it was processed and regenerated by high temperature,thio- furan conversion of HZSM - 5 catalyst was 91.3% , showing that the regenerated catalyst treated by high -temperature still had strong activity.
