摘 要:采用调和工艺,以戊烷脱油沥青与70#沥青为原料,在二者质量比分别为8∶92,20∶80的条件下,依次制备了针入度等级为50#,30#的硬质沥青;同时,于薄膜烘箱中,试样在163℃下恒温热氧老化5 h,得到了相应的老化试样。结果表明:与70#沥青相比,所制备的30#,50#沥青的耐高温性能较佳,二者的软化点分别提高了12,6℃,针入度分别降低了4.1,1.8 mm;温度扫描显示,老化后沥青的车辙因子比老化前高,30#,50#沥青的路面设计温度分别达到76,70℃。The pentane deoiled asphalt and 70# asphalt were used as raw materials, and the two kinds of hard asphalts with penetration grade 50# and 30# were prepared respectively with the blending process at mass ratio 8:92 and 20: 80. At the same time, the samples heated at the con- stant temperature 163 ℃ , thermo - oxidative aging for 5 h in the thin film oven, the corresponding aged specimens were obtained. The results showed that compared with 70# asphalt, the prepared 50# and 30# asphalts showed better high - temperature resistance performance. The softening points of 50# and 30# asphalts rose by 6 and 12 % separately,and the penetration of those decreased by 1. 8 and 4.1 mm respectively. The temperature scanning showed that the rutting factor of aged hard asphalt was higher than aging before, and the pavement de- sign temperature of 50# and 30# reached 70 ℃ and 76 ℃ respectively.
