摘　　要：为了升级产品质量,中国石油独山子石化公司80万t/a催焦化汽柴油加氢装置采用美国雅保公司生产的KF 767-1.3 Q,KF 860-1.3 Q和Nebula 20催化剂,生产满足国Ⅳ、国Ⅴ要求的精制柴油。运行结果表明:在加工量为80 t/h,反应进料温度265℃,反应入口压力7.66 MPa,总温升103℃,新氢流量达到15 000 m3/h的条件下,精制柴油含硫量低于40μg/g,可达到国Ⅳ要求。将装置反应入口温度从265℃提高至270℃,在反应器入口氢分压6.95 MPa,体积空速1.9 h-1的条件下,精制柴油含硫量为1.8~4.5μg/g,可满足国Ⅴ柴油标准。In order to upgrade the products quali- ties, the KF 767 - 1.3 Q,KF 860 - 1.3 Q and Neb- ula 20 catalysts, manufactured by Albemarle Corpo- ration,were adopted in an 800 kt/a catalytic diesel oil, eoker diesel and coker gasoline hydrogenation unit for producing the refined diesel meeting the re- quirement of national standard IV, V requirements. The operation results showed that under the condi- tions of processing capacity 80 t/h, feeding tempera- ture 265 ℃ ,inlet pressure 7.66 MPa, total tempera- ture rise 103 ℃ ,inlet hydrogen flow rate 15 000 m3/partial pressure 6.95 MPa, volume velocity 1.9 h - 1 , sulfur content of refined diesel was 1.8 - 4.5 μg/g, reaching the requirement of national standard V re- quirements.
