摘  要:介绍了淤浆法高密度聚乙烯装置铬系催化剂的反应机理,分析了铬系催化剂中毒的原因并提出相应的改进措施。结果表明,切换旋液分离器,投用高压过滤器,切换异丁烷泵,原料纯度不达标,催化剂下料系统的工艺控制偏差等因素都会导致催化剂中毒,通过采取控制装置操作及原料纯度、优化催化剂下料等措施,可有效减少催化剂中毒事故的发生,达到延长装置运行周期的目的。The reaction mechanism of chromium catalyst was introduced in a slurry high density poly- ethylene plant, the reasons of chromium catalyst poi- soning were analyzed and the corresponding meas- ures were put forward. The results showed that the several factors could lead to catalyst poisoning, in- cluding switching hydrocyclone, using high pressure filter, switching isohutane pump, lacking of raw materials purity, process control deviation in catalyst feeding system, etc. The measures could decrease catalyst poisoning, including controlling operation and raw materials purity, optimizing catalyst feeding system and so on, and the purpose of extending oper- ation period of plant was achieved.
