不同原料对制氢装置生产运行状况的影响

摘  要:介绍了中国石油锦西石化公司2万m3/h制氢装置分别采用焦化干气、丙烷为原料时的运行情况,并对装置操作参数及产品进行了比较。结果表明:丙烷中烯烃体积分数比焦化干气中的低5个百分点;当以焦化干气为原料时,加氢反应器出口温度比入口升高73℃,氢气纯度为96.8%;当以丙烷为原料时,加氢反应器出口温度比入口降低56℃,氢气纯度为97.5%。The operation conditions of 2 × 104 m3/ h hydrogen production unit with two different kinds of feeds (coking gas and propane respectively)were introduced and the parameters and products were compared in the hydrocracking plant of Jinxi Petro- chemical Company, PetroChina. The results showed that due to olefin volume fraction of propane being lower that of coking gas 5 percent points, taking coking gas as raw material, the outlet temperature was higher 73 ℃ than inlet temperature,and the hy- drogen purity was 96. 8% ; taking propane as raw material,the outlet temperature was lower 56 ℃ than the inlet temperature, and the hydrogen purity was 97.5%.
