碳二前加氢催化剂PEC-21在乙烯装置上的工业应用

摘　　要：采用中国石油石油化工研究院开发的碳二前加氢催化剂PEC-21,在中国石油大庆石化公司27万t/a乙烯装置上进行了首次工业应用。结果表明,在反应压力为3.4~3.6 MPa,空速为7 000~9 000 h-1,进料量为55~71 t/h的条件下,乙炔平均转化率达到54%,乙烯平均选择性达到94%,丙烯平均选择性达到96%,各项反应性能指标满足装置要求。The C2 front- end hydrogenation cata- lyst PEC -21, developed by PetroChina Petrochemi- cal Research Institute, was firstly applied in a 270 kt/a ethylene unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. The results showed that un- der the conditions of reaction pressure 3.4- 3.6 MPa,space velocity 7 000 - 9 000 h-1 ,feed quantity 55 - 71 t/h, the average conversion of acetylene reached to 54% , the selectivity of ethyl- ene and propylene was 94% ,96% respectively, and each reaction performance index could meet the requirement.
