摘　　要：主要介绍了莱钢5#1 080 m3高炉通过采取降低冶炼强度、提高炉温、配加钛球及风口喂钛线护炉等措施,选择合理的操作制度,达到炉役后期生产安全和炉况顺行的效果。This paper mainly introduces the fand through reducing smelting intensity of Laiwu Steel＇s 5# 1080 m3 BF, im- prove the furnace temperature, adding titanium and titanium wire ball feeding furnace protection measures, choose the rea- sonable operation system, at later stage of campaign production safety and BF prograde motion.
