摘  要:采用微波消解法,将样品用硝酸溶解,原子荧光光谱仪测定阳极铜痕量砷。为了优化测定条件,研究了介质酸度、硫脲-抗坏血酸用量、还原时间以及共存元素的干扰对砷荧光强度的影响。结果表明,该方法快速、简便,有较高的精密度、准确度。A method for determination of trace As in copper anode has been developed by using hydride-generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion. To optimize the analytical conditions, four important parameters of the fluorescence intensity were examined in detail, such as acidity, thiourea-ascorbic acid content, reduction time, potassium borohydride concentration. The effect of co-existent elements on the determination of As are also investigated. The method shows simple and rapid, higher precision and accuracy.
