摘　　要：随着经济发展转型升级、科技进步日新月异、社会变革广泛持续、教育改革深入发展,要进一步完善创业教育生态,提供智力支撑、引领知识创新并培育社会创新人才,推动建设创业型社会。面向2050,我国高等创业教育应着力构建横向协作体系与纵向学校体系,逐步完善创新驱动的创业教育生态系统。高等创业教育战略规划要谋划整体与长远发展,创新发展观念,打破体制机制障碍,打造与区域协同发展的创业生态链,形成竞争与共享并存的全球创业教育共同体。The economic transition and upgrading, fast-changing scientific and technological power, the long-lasting and wide spreading social change, and the deeper educational reform require higher education to improve its innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem （IEEE）, provide intellectual support, lead knowledge innovation, cultivate social innovation talents, and promote the construction of entrepreneurial society finally. Towards 2050, we need to build a horizontal cooperative system and a vertical school system for IEEE. The strategic planning needs to balance overall and long-term development, and we need to open mind and remove institutional barriers, create a symbiotic and sustainable entrepreneurship education chain, build a global community for entrepreneurship education embedded with competition and share.
