摘　　要：缺血性股骨头坏死是常见的骨关节疑难病之一,因其临床症状严重,受到中西医专家的关注,随着近年深入的研究,临床上对其治疗方法也越来越多,但目前对其标准化治疗方案尚未统一,存在着较多的争议,该文就股骨头坏死的各种治疗方法做以综述。股骨头坏死的治疗应根据临床的类型、病情分期等选择最有效的、最佳的科学治疗方法,以提高患者的生活质量。Avascular necrosis of femoral head is one of the common joint of knotty,because of its serious clinical symptoms,closely to the attention of Chinese and Western medicine experts,with in-depth research in recent years,there are more and more treatment methods in clinic,but has not yet been unified to the standardized treatment schemes at present,there are more controversial,in this paper,the various treatment methods of femoral head necrosis. Treatment should be according to the clinical types,staging and choose the most effective,the best science and treatment,in order to improve the patients＇ quality of life.
