捏脊疗法对脾虚大鼠外观行为学表现及部分免疫指标影响实验研究

摘　　要：目的 ：探讨捏脊疗法对实验性脾虚型大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 ：选取健康SD大鼠12只,随机分为正常组、模型组、捏脊组。采用苦寒破气中药灌胃法、游泳力竭法和饮食饥饱失常法三因素结合的方法复制大鼠脾气虚模型,连续7 d,随即进行捏脊治疗,连续7 d。之后观察其外观行为学表现,检测血常规以及用酶联免疫法检测血清、脾脏、胸腺IL2浓度。结果 ：与正常组相比,脾虚模型组大鼠胸腺指数、淋巴细胞数、脾脏以及胸腺IL2浓度较正常组下降明显,捏脊治疗组在治疗后相对脾虚模型组有所升高,结果有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;白细胞计数和血清IL2浓度仅有相应趋势,结果无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论 ：捏脊疗法对脾虚型大鼠的免疫功能及脾虚证候有一定的恢复和促进作用。Objective ：To investigate the effect of chiropractic therapy on immune function in experimental rats with spleen deficiency. Methods ：12 healthy SD rats,were randomly divided into normal group,model group,chiropractics group. Using the bitter cold broken gas of TCM gastric lavage,exhaustive swimming and irregwar diet three factors to induce the spleen-Qi deficiency rats model,seven consecutive days,followed by chiropractic therapy for seven days. Then the appearance,behavior,blood routine and serum IL2 concentration of spleen,thymus and thymus gland were detected by enzyme immunoassay. Results ：Compared with normal group,spleen deficiency model rats,the thymus index,spleen and thymus lymphocyte count,IL2 concentration decreased significantly compared with normal group,chiropractic treatment group relatived to model group after treatment in the spleen was increased,the results had statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）;white blood cell count and serum IL2 concentration of only the corresponding trend. There was no significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Chiropractic therapy has certain promotion and recovery on immune function of spleen deficiency rats and spleen deficiency syndrome.
