伏九贴敷疗法皮肤刺激性与抗哮喘作用相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 ：建立卵蛋白诱导的豚鼠哮喘模型,考察伏九贴敷药物中生、炒白芥子的不同配比对豚鼠皮肤的刺激性以及抗哮喘作用,以寻找确保治疗效果的同时皮肤刺激性小的适宜药物配比。方法 ：以不同配比生、炒白芥子制作的伏九贴敷分别贴于豚鼠大椎、肺俞和肾俞穴位,每次贴敷4 h,隔日贴敷1次,连续14 d。以地塞米松（0.5 mg/kg）作为阳性药,观察豚鼠皮肤刺激性反应并记录评分,采用苏木精-伊红染色考察各组豚鼠皮肤组织和肺组织病理学变化。结果 ：3组伏九贴敷均对豚鼠皮肤有一定刺激性,随着伏九贴敷中炒白芥子比例的增加,皮肤刺激性降低,但抗哮喘作用减弱。结论 ：适当的皮肤刺激性对伏九贴敷的抗哮喘作用是有必要的;伏九贴敷中生白芥子和炒白芥子的比例各半时,既可维持伏九贴敷的疗效,又能减轻其对皮肤的副作用。Objective ：Ovalbumin-challenged guinea pig model of asthma was eatablised to investigate the skinirritation and the inhibitory effect on the asthma by Fujiu sticking therapy with different proportions of Semen sinapis,aiming at searching the appropriate proportion of drugs which can maintain good therapeutic effect andalleviate skin irritationand making the application more safe and controllable. Methods ：Fujiu sticking therapy with different proportions of white mustard seedwas posted on the point of Dazhui,Feishu and Shenshu of the guinea pig for 4 hours,every other day for 14 consecutive days. The dexamethasone at a dose of 0.5 mg/kg was as a positive drug. The total score of skin irritation was detected and recorded. The histological examinations of skin and lung of guinea pig in each group were determined using hematoxylin and eosin. Results ：Three acupoint applicationshave an irritantion on the skin of guinea pig. The skin irritation and the inhibitory action of athmawere decreased,as the portion of stir-fried Semen sinapis in acupoint applications increased. Conclusion ：Appropriate irritation on the skin is essential to the inhibitory effect on the asthma by Fujiu sticking therapy. The curative effect of Fujiu sticking therapy retains and the adverse side effects on the skin relieves when raw Semen sinapis and stir-fried Semen sinapisaccount for about half of the acupoint application,respectively.
