摘 要:以南昌市轨道交通1号线某区间隧道内具有代表性地层的泥水盾构掘进参数为研究对象,在对泥水盾构总推力、刀盘扭矩及转速、掘进速度及泥水仓水土压力等与地层因素紧密关联的相关参数进行统计分析的基础上,重点研究了掘进参数沿区间纵向变化规律,进而确定了泥质粉砂岩地层条件下的盾构掘进参数合理控制范围。同时对刀盘扭矩与总推力、掘进速度与刀盘转速、刀盘扭矩与掘进速度等相互之间的关联性进行了分析,最终推导出了泥质粉砂岩条件下的泥水盾构掘进速度及刀盘扭矩的回归数学模型。通过数据对比表明,泥水盾构在中(微)风化地层段施工过程中实测数据与拟合值比较吻合,即所设计的预测模型能够满足工程所需精度。Slurry shield tunneling parameters of representative formation was used as research objects. Based on the analysis of slurry shield thrust, cutter torque, advance speed, rotating speed of cutter, pressure of mud storehouse, and so on, which were closely related to the formation factor, change rule of tunneling parameters along the vertical interval had been mainly studied. Rational controlling range of shield tunneling parameters under argillaceous sihstone formation were determined. Then, regression mathematics models of advance speed and cutter torque were derived, on the basic of correlation analysis for cutter torque, shield thrust, rotating speed of cutter, and advance speed. Through the comparison with engineering data, prediction model for the weathered strata can meet the engineering accuracy requirements, with the hoping of providing guidance for shield construction under the similar geological conditions.
