中医辨证联合常规西医手段治疗Graves病合并糖尿病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗格雷夫斯(Graves)病合并糖尿病的临床效果。方法 100例患者随机分为中西医结合组与对照组各50例。对照组予西医基础治疗,中西医结合组在对照组基础上予中医辨证治疗。比较两组治疗效果、甲状腺功能与胰岛素抵抗指数。结果中西医结合组患者治疗总有效率84.00%高于对照组的64.00%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前甲状腺功能与胰岛素抵抗指数差别均不大(均P>0.05)。两组治疗后游离T3、游离T4、胰岛素抵抗指数与治疗前比较降低,而促甲状腺素升高(均P<0.05);且中西医结合组各指标优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论中医辨证论治联合西医基础治疗Graves病合并糖尿病的临床效果佳。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and conventional Western medicine on Graves＇ disease complicated with diabetes. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into the combination group and the control group, 50 cases in each. Patients in the control group were treated by conventional Western medicine ,while patients in the eombinaiion group were treated by TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group. Treatment effect,thyroid function and insulin resistance index were compared. Restilts： The efficiency of the combination group was 84.00% ,higher than that of the control group（P〈 0.05 ）. Before treatment,there was little difference between the two groups in the thyroid function and the insulinresistance index（P〉 0.05 ）. Compared with before treatment ,patients in two groups had lower level of free T3 ,free T4 and insulin resistance index and had a higher level of thyroid stimulating hormone after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. And the indexes of the combination group were better than those of the control group （all P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and conventional Western medicine on Graves＇ disease complicated with diabetes is good and worthy of clinical promotion.
