摘  要:目的探讨开展骨科专病集体门诊的临床效果。方法 2015年6月-2017年5月某院开设骨科专病集体门诊,接诊全国各地共6520例腰腿痛门诊患者,对门诊接诊量、服务质量、患者满意度(就诊环境、就诊秩序、等候时间、接诊专家服务质量、接诊护士服务质量)等方面进行评价。结果实施集体门诊模式后,专家接诊同类疾病的门诊接诊量与往年同期相比增加125%;手术量提高56.8%。患者的满意度由95.8%提升为98.2%(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论开设集体门诊能够显著提高接诊量和服务质量,满足患者需求,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and experience of orthopedics collective outpatientservices implementation. Methods From June 2015 to May 2016, 6520 patients with lumbocrural pain visit doctors in orthopaedic special disease collective outpatient department. Effect evaluation was conducted in terms of reception capacity and satisfactory degree (including environment, order, time of waiting, and service quality of doctor and nurse) of patients. Results After implementation of collective outpatient services, reception capacity of similar disease had increased by 125%; operative quantity has increased by 56.8%; the satisfaction rate was raised from 95.8% to 98.2% (P〈0. 05). The differences were statistically significant. Conclusions The implementation of collective outpatient could effectively improve reception capacity and service quality. It could also satisfy patients' demand and improve patients' satisfaction.
