摘　　要：为优化死亡病例管理流程,解放军某医院结合当前工作流程,利用目前较为成熟的软件开发技术如JAVA、ORALCE、Hbuilder、二维码技术等,自主开发一套基于HIS系统的医院死亡病例管理系统。系统可实现死亡医学证明书的电子版填写,太平间出入库的信息化管理,并集成死亡病例的电子病历做到一站式服务,并能与公安、民政等相关部门在死亡病例信息的互通和互认。在实际应用中将目前不受重视的死亡病例后续管理也纳入到医院信息化中,重新梳理死亡病例的业务流程,杜绝了"信息孤岛"产生,这对提高医院的管理水平和实现全社会信息共享有一定的实用价值。On the basis of a hospital of PLA death case management process, using the software development at present mature technology such as JAVA, ORALCE, Hbuilder, two-dimensional code technology, developed a set of death cases in hospital based on HIS system, optimize the original business process, the electronic version of the system can be realized on the death certificate to fill out the morgue information management storage, electronic medical records and death cases of integrated one-stop services, and for the relevant departments and public security, civil affairs and other information exchange and mutual recognition in the cases of death i in the subsequent management application will now pay attention to death cases into the hospital information, reviewing death cases the business process, to eliminate the ＂information island＂; to improve the level of hospital management and implementation of the whole society is information sharing practical value.
