某眼科医院2014年-2016年住院患者疾病构成顺位分析

摘　　要：目的分析某院住院患者疾病构成特点,探讨眼科疾病分布与人群分布特点,为医院发展提供依据。方法根据某院病案首页资料库,对2014年-2016年某院住院患者的疾病构成进行顺位统计,对住院患者前10位疾病住院患者的年龄分布、性别构成、平均年龄、平均住院日和人均总费用进行统计学分析。结果 2014年-2016年住院患者共33269例,前10位疾病患者共32505例,占97.7%。前五位疾病依次为:晶状体病(44.1%)、视网膜病(16.1%)、角膜病(10.1%)、斜视(7.9%)、青光眼(6.7%),占全部患者的85.5%。50岁及以上患者占前十位疾病患者总数的71.4%,晶状体病是其住院的首要原因(56.1%)。20岁以下住院患者占前10位疾病患者的10.4%,斜视是其住院的首要原因(55.2%)。结论晶状体病是眼科患者住院的首要疾病。根据各疾病排序的特点,为了解人群中眼病分布提供临床资料,也为医院确立服务重点和拓展方向提供参考依据。Objectives To analyze the disease constitution characteristics of inpatients of a hospital, investigate the distribution of diseases and the crowd of ophthalmology, and provide basis for the development of the hospital. Methods Medical records of inpatients at Shandong Eye Institute from 2014 to 2016 were reviewed. Main patients＇ information included disease composition, precedence, age, gender, average hospital stay and average per capita hospitalization Costs. Results A total of 33269 inpatients were reviewed. There were 32, 505 patients of the top 10 diseases, accounted for 97.7%. The top five diseases were the lens diseases, retinal diseases, corneal diseases, strabismus and glaucoma, accounted for 71.4% of all hospitalized ophthalmology patients. Among the top ten patients, 71.4% were over 50 years. Lens diseases were the most common disease in this age group, accounted for 56. 1%. 10, 4% of the patients were less than 20 years. Strabismus was the most common disease in this age group, accounted for 55.2%. Conclusions Lens diseases were the most common disease in ophthalmology inpatients. According to the characteristics of disease sequence, to provide clinical materials of eye diseases distribution, as well as reference for service focus establishment and development direction.
