支气管哮喘控制测试评分与外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过分析支气管哮喘患者控制测试(ACT)评分与外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、中性粒细胞(NEUT)计数的相关性,探讨外周血EOS计数绝对值对于支气管哮喘急性发作的预测、以及治疗方案调整的指导意义。方法以2016年1月-2017年2月某院确诊的急性发作期支气管哮喘患者100例为试验组,以非急性发作期支气管哮喘患者50例作为对照组。填写ACT问卷并记录评分,同时查外周血EOS计数和NEUT计数,采用SPSS19.0统计软件进行统计学处理。结果支气管哮喘急性发作组ACT评分与外周血EOS计数呈现负相关(r=-0.414,P<0.05),而与外周血NEUT计数2组无相关性(P>0.05),外周血EOS计数与FEV1%无相关性(P>0.05)。急性发作期支气管哮喘患者(试验组)外周血EOS(0.53±0.43)×10~9/L水平高于非急性发作期(0.10±0.06)×10~9/L(对照组),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外周血EOS计数与ACT同样可以作为哮喘急性发作预测以及调整治疗方案的重要指标。Objectives Through discussing the relationship between bronchial asthma patients ACT grade and peripheral blood EOS and NEUT count, to investigate the prediction of peripheral blood EOS count to clinical bronchial asthma acute attack, as well as the significance to therapeutic schedule adjustment. Methods To take 100 definite acute attack bronchial asthma cases from January 2016 to February 2017 as the experimental group, take 50 un-acute attack bronchial asthma cases as the control group. To fill out the questionnaire and record the grade, at the same time, check peripheral blood EOS and NEUT count, SPSS19.0 statistical software was adopted to take the statistical analysis. Results Acute attack of bronchial asthma patients （experimental group） ACT Grade was negative correlated to peripheral blood EOS （r=-0. 414, P〈0.05）, but had no correlation to peripheral blood NEUT count （P 〉0. 05）, peripheral blood EOS count had no correlation with FEV1% （P〉0.05）. Peripheral Blood EOS of acute attack bronchial asthma patients （experimental group） （0. 53 ±0.43） × 109/L was higher than that of un-acute attack bronchial asthma patients （control group） （0. 10 ± 0. 06） × 109/L, Difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Peripheral blood EOS count could also be taken as the important index for acute attack Bronchial Asthma forecast and therapeutic schedule adjustment as bronchial asthma control test.
