摘　　要：目的处置山区一起食源性O139霍乱暴发疫情,实施疫区消毒措施,进行消毒效果评价。方法按照《消毒技术规范》的规定对外环境进行喷洒消毒,对疫点、医学观察点、治疗点进行随时消毒和终末消毒并进行现场采样检测。结果对疫区的4个自然村开展环境消毒,4个医学隔离观察点和1个临时医疗点开展随时消毒,76个疫点开展了终末消毒,共采样470份进行消毒效果评价,消毒效果全部合格,暴发疫情得到了有效控制。结论本次霍乱疫情通过以切断传播途径为主的疫源地消毒综合防控措施,得到了迅速控制,整个疫区未发生二代病例。为今后科学、及时有效地处置此类疫情积累了宝贵经验。Objective Disposal an outbreak of food-borne O139 cholera epidemic in mountainous area,disinfection measures,disinfection effect assessment. Methods According to the regulations of the ＂technical standard for disinfection＂,spraying disinfection for the external environment,at any time and terminal disinfection for the foci,the medical observation points and the treatment points. Detection of field sampling. Results Carry out environmental disinfection of epidemic area in four natural villages,disinfection at any time in four medical isolation observation point and a temporary medical,terminal disinfection in 76 epidemic points,collection 470 samples for disinfection effect evaluation,all samples was qualified,the outbreak was controlled effectively. Conclusion The cholera outbreak by give priority to in order to cut off the route of transmission of foci disinfection comprehensive prevention and control measures,obtained the rapid control,the entire area is not the second generation of cases. For the future of science,the disposal of such outbreaks in a timely and effective manner accumulated valuable experience.
