摘  要:目的探讨姜黄素对饮水型砷中毒大鼠肝脏中10种元素的影响。方法 SD大鼠48只,分为6组,雌雄各半,实验周期90 d。采用HG-ICP-OES测定肝砷(As)含量;ICP-OES检测大鼠肝脏中铝(Al)、硅(Si)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、铅(Pb)、锌(Zn)含量。结果 (1)饮水型砷中毒大鼠肝脏10种元素含量变化情况:与正常对照组比较,低、中、高剂量组肝As含量显著增加;低剂量组肝Cu、Zn,中剂量组肝Cu、Fe、Zn,高剂量组肝Cu、Fe、Zn含量显著降低;中剂量组肝Al及高剂量组肝Al、Si、Cr、Mn、Pb含量显著增加。以上各组间比较,差异均有统计学意义。(2)姜黄素拮抗饮水型砷中毒大鼠肝脏10种元素含量变化情况:与高剂量组比较,单纯姜黄素组肝Cu、Fe、Zn,姜黄素拮抗组肝Cu显著增加,单纯姜黄素组肝As、Al、Si、Cr、Mn、Pb,姜黄素拮抗组肝As、Si、Cr显著降低,差异均有统计学意义。结论高砷水可引起大鼠肝脏多元素异常改变;姜黄素能促进砷中毒大鼠肝砷的排砷,对肝脏Cu、Si、Cr元素失衡有一定的改善作用。Objective To explore the influence of curcumin to drinking water arsenic poisoning rat liver ten kinds of elements. Methods Forty-eight SD rats were randly divided into 6 groups according to random number table,half male and female. The duration would last for 90 days. The arsenic contents of liver were detected by HG-ICP-OES; the aluminum( Al),silicon( Si),cadmium( Cd),chromium( Cr),copper( Cu),iron( Fe),manganece( Mn),lead( Pb),zinc( Zn) contents of liver were detected by ICP-OES. Results(1)Changes of the contents of ten kinds of elements in the liver of drinking arsenic poisoning rats: compared with the control group,low,medium and high arsenic poisoning group in the rat liver arsenic content increased dramatically; low arsenic poisoning group in the rat liver copper,zinc,medium arsenic poisoning group in the rat liver copper,iron,zinc,high arsenic poisoning group in the rat liver copper,iron,zinc content decreased obviously. Medium arsenic poisoning group in the rat liver aluminum,high arsenic poisoning group in the rat liver aluminum,silicon,chromium,manganece,lead content increased dramatically. The differences were statistically significant.(2)Changes of the contents of ten kinds of elements in the liver of rats with arsenic poisoning induced by curcumin. Compared with the high arsenic poisoning group,pure curcumin group in the rat liver copper,iron,zinc,curcumin antagonist group in the rat liver copper content increased dramatically. Pure curcumin group in the rat liver arsenic,aluminum,silicon,chromium,manganece,lead,curcumin antagonist group in the rat liver arsenic,silicon,chromium decreased obviously. The differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The water with high arsenic can cause metabolic abnormalities of multi-elements. Curcumin has an effect on the excretion of arsenic,the imbalance of the liver Cu,Si and Cr has a certain improving effect.
