摘  要:目的通过加强对出入境交通工具的媒介监测,防止蚊及蚊媒传染病的输入和传播。方法对入境国际航行船舶进行卫生检疫,将捕获到的1头活的成蚊送实验室进行形态学鉴定;对船舶实施灭蚊处理,对船员采取体温监测、医学检查等措施。结果全船捕获1头雌性埃及伊蚊,该轮的船员未发现有关蚊媒疾病。对船舶实施灭蚊处理措施后未再发现成蚊和幼虫。结论埃及伊蚊属南沙口岸首次截获,其具有较高的输入风险和扩散潜力,应加强对来自蚊媒传染病疫区船舶的卫生检疫,加强对输入性蚊和蚊媒传染病的监测和防控。Objective To prevent the invasion of the important species of mosquito as medical vectors and the transmission of mosquito-borne diseases by enhancing the surveillance of medical vectors from entry ships. Methods Health quarantine to the entry ship was taken. One live female mosquito was captured and sent to the laboratory to be identified. The sanitary treatment of the ship and epidemiologic study on crew were performed. Results The captured specimen is Aedes aegypti. None of the crew in the ship was infected by mosquito-borne diseases of Aedes aegypti. And no more mosquito was seen again after the sanitary treatment. Conclusion Aedes aegypti is first intercepted at Nansha Port,which indicated a high risk of introducing and spreading potential in Guangzhou. Health quarantine to the international navigation ships should be enhanced,especially the mosquito and mosquito-borne disease surveillance and control as well as sanitary treatment of ships coming from epidemic area of mosquito-borne disease.
