摘　　要：目的了解2016年三河市从事餐饮服务行业人员沙门氏菌的带菌状况和所携带的菌型分布情况,为防制食源性肠道传染病提供数据支持。方法采集三河市餐饮服务行业从业职员体检的肛拭标本,开展平板培养、生化和血清分型。结果 2016年共检测肛拭标本36 452份,检出沙门氏菌6株。囊括4个血清群5个血清分型,其中B群3株(鼠伤寒沙门氏菌2株)占50.0%;C1群1株;C2群1株;D群1株。结论三河市餐饮服务行业从业人员沙门氏菌的带菌率较高,且出现鼠伤寒沙门氏菌。疾控部门应引起高度重视。Objective This paper describes the status of Salmonella in the food and beverage industry in Sanhe City in 2016,and the distribution of bacteria. It provides data for effective control of foodborne intestinal infectious diseases. Methods Collection of Sanhe City,the food service industry practitioners physical examination of the anal swab specimens,in the city CDC microbiology laboratory to carry out flat culture,biochemical and serum type. Results 2016 year total detection of anal swab specimens 36 452 copies,of which 6 strains of Salmonella were detected. 5 serotypes of 4 serogroups were selected,including 3 strains of B group（ 2 strains of Salmonella typhimurium） accounted for 50. 0%,C1 group 1 strain,C2 group 1 strain and D group 1 strain. Conclusion Sanhe City,food service practitioners Salmonella positive rate is higher,and the emergence of Salmonella typhimurium. Disease control departments in our city should arouse great attention.
