针刺治疗少弱精子症的研究进展

摘　　要：目前的研究表明针刺可显著升高少弱精子症患者的血清T水平,降低FSH、LH和E2水平,提高精子的生成能力;增加睾丸血流量,维持睾丸的局部低温环境;增加精液α-糖苷酶、果糖及超氧化物歧化酶等的浓度,提高精子的活力、浓度及抗氧化损伤能力,共同改善精液的质量和配偶受孕率。而关于针刺治疗少弱精子症的临床研究质量不高,证据等级低,临床应用受限,对于其临床疗效仍有待进一步的验证。本文对近年来国内外关于针刺治疗男性少弱精子症的相关文献进行回顾与总结,阐述针刺治疗对生殖内分泌、睾丸动脉血流、精液质量及配偶受孕率的影响。Studies show that acupuncture can significantly elevate the level of serum testosterone （T） , reduce the concentrations of follicle-stimulating hormone （ FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH） and estradiol （ E2）, initiate spermatogenesis, enhance testicular blood flow, maintain a relative low temperature in the testis, increase the concentration, motility and antioxidative injuu~ capability of spermatozoa by raising the levels of seminal ot-glucosidase, fructose and super oxide dismutase, and eventually improve semen quality and the rate of conception in the treatment of oligoasthenozoospermia. Currently, the quality of the clinical studies of acupuncture treat- ment of oligoasthenozoospermia is relatively poor, the existing evidence remains at a low level, its clinical application is limited, and its therapeutic effect has to be further verified. The present paper summarizes the literature from domestic and international databases about acupuncture treatment of oligoasthenozoospermia, and offers an overview of the effects of acupuncture on the reproductive endocrine sys- tem, testicular blood flow, semen quality, and rate of conception in the treatment of the patient.
