超高层建筑低位顶升模架拆除技术

摘　　要：在超高层建筑施工中,核心筒竖向剪力墙结构多采用模块化低位少支点整体式顶升钢平台模架体系来辅助施工。通过对镇江苏宁广场工程实例分析,有效地解决了低位顶升模架的高空拆除施工的难题。结合顶升模架体系的基本组成,分析了高空拆除作业的技术难点,制定并选择了合理的拆除方案,建立了拆除施工安全监控措施管理体系,采用高效、安全的顶升模架体系拆除系统方法保证了模架的顺利拆除,对同类型工程具有一定的指导意义。In the construction of super high-rise building, the low jack-up formwork system was used to assist construction work in core tube＇s vertical shear wall structure. The low jack-up formwork demolishing problems were solved efficiently by analyzed an example of Zhenjiang Suning Plaza project. Combining with the basic component of the low jack-up formwork system, analyzed the technical difficulties of high altitude demolishing construction, developed and chose a reasonable demolition scheme, took series of high efficient and safe methods and builds demolition construction safety management system, ensured the smooth demolition of the low jack-up formwork, and provided certain valuable guiding significance for similar project.
