摘 要:孤岛油田东区用于配聚的污水主要来自孤三联外输水,污水成分复杂,造成注聚井井口黏度降低,严重影响了区块的开发效果。通过对孤岛配聚污水进行综合分析,明确了硫酸盐还原菌代谢产生的硫化物为聚合物溶液黏度降低的主要影响因素。针对这一问题,采用生物脱硫保黏技术对污水进行处理,不仅能够抑制SRB产生新的硫化氢,而且能够去除污水中原有的硫化氢。在孤岛东区开展了9 500 m^3/d的生物脱硫现场应用,污水硫化物含量由2~4 mg/L降到0.2 mg/L以下,东区北聚合物溶液井口平均黏度由17 mPa·s上升至35 mPa·s左右,东区南井口黏度由33.2 mPa·s上升至53.2 mPa·s。The wastewater of Gusan multi-purpose station is used in the preparation of polymer solution in the eastern area of Gudao Oilfield.The wastewater with complicated ingredients can lead to the reduction of the viscosity of polymer solution at the wellhead of polymer injection wells,which will affect seriously the development of the oilfield block.Through comprehensive analysis on the wastewater used in the preparation of polymer solution for Gudao Oilfield,it is found that sulfides generated in the metabolic process of sulfate reducing bacteria( SRB) is the most important factor causing the viscosity of polymer solution to drop. Aiming at solving this problem,the biological desulfurization and viscosity retention technology is used to treat with the wastewater before uses. This technology can not only prevent SRB from producing new H2S,but also remove original H2S in the wastewater.This technology has been applied to treat with 9500 m^3 per day of wastewater on spot in the eastern area of Gudao Oilfield.After the treatment,the sulfides content in the wastewater drops from 2-4 mg·L^-1 to below 0. 2 mg·L^-1. The average viscosity of polymer solution at the wellhead increases from 17 m Pa·s to about 35 m Pa·s in the northeastern area and from 33. 2 m Pa·s to 53. 2 m Pa·s in the southeastern area.
