集聚经济对制造业企业创新行为的影响

摘　　要：本文基于世界银行2012年对中国25个城市1578家制造业企业的调查数据,运用二元离散logit模型,考察集聚经济(地方化经济和城市化经济)对制造业企业创新行为(独立创新、合作创新和模仿创新)的影响。结果表明:(1)城市化经济对制造业企业三种创新均有显著的正向作用,对合作创新影响最大,独立创新次之,模仿创新最弱;(2)地方化经济对制造业企业三种创新影响不一致,对独立创新影响不显著,对合作创新有显著的负向作用,对模仿创新有显著的正向影响;(3)在企业分规模回归结果中,地方化经济的影响没有发生变化,城市化经济的影响具有明显的企业异质性。对小型制造业企业而言,城市化经济对这三种创新均有显著的促进作用,而对大中型制造业企业仅对合作创新有显著的正向影响。Agglomeration economy plays a crucial role on technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises. On the basis of the World Bank＇s 2012 survey data of 1578 China＇s private enterprises in 25 cities, this paper uses logistic regression to probe the effect of the lo- calization economies and urbanization economies on three kinds of enterprise＇s innovation behaviors including independent innovation, cooperative innovation and imitative innovation. The results are as follows： ①Urbanization economy has noticeable positive effect on these three innovation forms, and cooperative innovation is effected most, followed by independent innovation, then imitative innova- tion. ②Localization economy has different impacts on the three kinds of innovation behaviors, the effect on independent innovation is not significant, while localization economy has a negative influence on cooperative innovation and a positive influence on imitative inno- vation. ③Besides, the impact on enterprises＇ innovation has obvious firm＇s heterogeneity. Urbanization economy only promotes coopera- tive innovation in the large and medium firms, and has positive role for all of these enterprise＇s innovation behaviors of small firms.
