摘 要:旨在研究矿源性黄腐酸(fulvic acid,FA)对内鸭舍空气质量和肉鸭生产性能的影响。选1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭480只,采用单因素试验设计,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每重复20只,公母各半,分别饲喂含0‰,0.25‰,0.50‰和0.75‰的矿源性FA玉米-豆粕型饲粮,试验期35d。结果表明:饲粮添加不同比例的FA对肉鸭全试验期的体质量、增重、采食量和料重比没有显著影响(P〉0.05),但对个别周龄的体质量、采食量和料重比有显著的影响(P〈0.05);饲粮添加FA能显著降低鸭舍内氨气和硫化氢的浓度(P〈0.05),舍内氨气浓度随着FA添加量的递增而显著递减,第1周时,0.75‰组硫化氢浓度显著低于其他各组(P〈0.05),第3周和第5周时,随着FA添加,硫化氢浓度显著递减(P〈0.05);FA对血清总蛋白浓度没有显著影响(P〉0.05),0.50‰组和0.75‰组的尿素氮浓度显著大于其他2组(P〈0.05),尿酸浓度随着饲粮当中的FA含量的增加而显著增加(P〈0.05),而0.25‰组的浓度显著低于其他组(P〈0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,肉鸭饲粮添加FA能够改善舍内的空气质量、提高饲料氮利用率,从改善环境和提高饲料效率,生产中,肉鸭饲粮中以0.75‰FA含量为宜。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of fulvic acid from mineral resources on air quality and production performance of meat-type duck. 1-day-old Cherry Valley duck 480, were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates of 20 each,male and female in half,and fed the corn-soybean meal diets, each containing 0‰,0.25‰, 0.5‰ and 0.75‰ fulvie acid. The test period was 35 days. The results showed that. there were not significant effect(P〉0.05) on the duck body quality,weight gain. feed intake and feed conversion ratio in the whole test period after the different proportions of fulvic acid adding, but there was a significant influence on those of the individual week-old(P〈0.05) ;fulvic acid in duck diet could greatly decrease the concentration of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia in duck house(P〈0.05) ,and ammonia concentrations were significantly decreased with increasing amount of fulvie acid(P〈0.05). In the first week,the concentration of hydrogen sulfide was significantly lower in 0. 75‰ fulvie acid groups than other groups (P〈0.05); in the third and fifth weeks,the concentration of hydrogen sulfide significantly decreased with the increasing amount of fulvie acid (P〈0.05) ; dietary fulvie acid had no significant effect on total protein concentration of duck serum (P〉0.05), blood urea nitrogen concentration in 0.5‰ and 0.75‰ groups was significantly higher than those in the other two groups (P〈 0.05), uric acid concentrations increased significantly with the fulvie acid concentration in the diet (P〈0.05) ,but they were significantly lower in the 0.25‰ group than other groups (P〈0.05). The results showed that dietary fulvic acid could improve air quality and feed utilization of nitrogen,0.75‰ fulvic acid in duck diet is preferable to improve the environment and feed efficiency.
