摘　　要：以桃果实为试验材料,观察不同发育时期果实的组织结构、细胞超微结构的特点,同时对其韧皮部SE/CC结构和周围薄壁细胞的细胞学观察。结果表明:二者之间没有胞间连丝,属于共质体隔离现象,初步推断桃果实糖卸载为质外体方式,以期为桃的优质高产提供参考依据。Peach fruit was used as the material to observe the tissue structure and ultrastructural characteristics of the fruit at different developmental stages.At the same time,there were not be observed plasmodesma between SE/CC structure and surrounding parenchyma cells in the phloem,which belonged to the symplastic isolation phenomenon,it concluded that the peach fruit sugar for apoplastic unloading the way.
