摘 要:以桃叶卫矛(乔木)和长白忍冬(灌木)为试材,通过对桃叶卫矛和长白忍冬树冠表层、外层、中层、内层4个部位的解剖结构与树冠微环境和蒸腾速率、光合速率的研究,以期探讨树冠不同部位解剖结构与微环境和固碳释氧量、增湿降温量的关系。结果表明:2个树种树冠不同部位的蒸腾速率与叶下表皮细胞厚度、栅栏组织、海绵组织、叶片厚度呈极显著正相关,与木质部呈极显著负相关。光合速率与叶表细胞厚度、海绵组织、叶片厚度呈正相关,与木质部呈负相关。空气温度、叶面温度、空气CO_2浓度与解剖结构之间相关性并不明显。除传输组织的韧皮部外,其它解剖结构基本均与固碳释氧量和增湿降温量有相关性。Euonymus bungeanus(trees)and Lonicera ruprechtiana(shrubs) were selected to investigate anatomical structures of different positions of tree crowns that divided into four layers,surface layer,outer layer,middle layer and inner layer,with tree crown micro environment,carbon fixation and oxygen release and humidifying and cooling,and then their relationship was discussed.The results showed that the transpiration rates of both species different positions of tree crowns were significantly positively correlated with the thickness of epidermis cells,palisade tissue,spongy tissue and leaf thickness,but negatively correlated with xylem.The photosynthetic rate was positively related to leaf cell thickness,spongy tissue and leaf thickness,but negatively correlated with xylem.The correlation was not obvious between air temperature,leaf temperature,air CO2 concentration and anatomical structure.Anatomical structures were correlated to carbon fixation and oxygen release and humidifying and cooling except the phloem of transmission tissue.
