摘 要:我国的桃栽培历史悠久,桃品种一直采用实生砧木嫁接繁殖。为了解决实生砧木后代分离的缺点,生产中往往采用组织培养和扦插技术繁殖砧木。扦插技术可以在短时间内生产大量整齐度较好的苗木,同时又能保持品种原有的优良特性。该标准规定了桃砧木扦插育苗的适用品种、适用基质、扦插技术、扦插苗管理技术、病虫害防治、扦插苗移栽技术等,可为山东省桃砧木生产的规范化和优质化提供参考,以期实现工厂化生产。Peach cultivation has a long history in China,and it has been grafted with solid rootstock.In order to solve the disadvantage of the separation of rootstock seedlings,tissue culture and cutting technology are often used in the production.Cutting technology can produce a large number of uniformity good seeding in a short time,and at the same time can keep excellent characteristics of the original varieties.The establishment of technical rules for peach stock breeding can provide reference for standardization and high quality production of peach rootstock,so as to realize industrialized production.This standard specified the suitable varieties,suitable substrates,cutting techniques,cutting seedling management techniques,pest management,cutting seedling transplanting techniques of peach rootstock,etc,was suitable for peach stock facilities cutting propagation in Shandong Province.
