摘 要:收集整理国内外钢筋混凝土试验梁短期最大裂缝宽度实测值,从裂缝宽度计算方法和计算精度两方面,比较7本混凝土结构设计规范公式的计算值与实测值。结果表明,对背景资料,规范GB 50010—2002公式的计算值与实测值符合最好;规范GB 50010—2010的计算精度明显比规范GB 50010—2002要好,但对500MPa和大保护层钢筋混凝土梁,规范GB 50010—2010的适用性均不够理想。规范JTG D62—2004对大部分钢筋混凝土梁的计算结果离散性偏高,无法反映混凝土保护层厚度对裂缝宽度的影响;规范SL 191—2008对高强钢筋混凝土梁有较好的计算精度;对大保护层钢筋混凝土梁,基于无滑移理论的美国规范ACI 318-11计算精度最好。总体来看,对大部分钢筋混凝土梁,3本国外规范ACI 318-95,ACI 318-11,EN 1992-1-1∶2004的计算精度均不够理想。According to the short-term maximum crack width of reinforced concrete test beams at home and abroad,the calculation values of crack width in seven codes for design of concrete structures were compared with the test values from two aspects about calculation method and calculation precision. Results show that for the background data,the calculation values of code GB 50010—2002 are in the best agreement with the test values. The calculation precision of code GB50010—2010 is significantly better than code GB 50010—2002,however,for the concrete beams reinforced with 500 MPa steel bars and large concrete cover,code GB 50010—2010 has poor applicability. Code JTG D62—2004 has high discreteness for calculation results of most concrete beams and can not reflect the influence of concrete cover on the crack width. Code SL 191—2008 has good calculation precision for the concrete beams reinforced with high-strength steel bars.For the reinforced concrete beams with large concrete cover,the calculation precision of American code ACI 318-11 which based on the non-slip theory is the highest. On the whole,three foreign codes ACI 318-95,ACI 318-11,EN 1992-1-1∶ 2004 have low calculation precision for most concrete beams.
