摘　　要：介绍了仪纶/棉混纺织物一浴一步法染色,分析了染色工艺中各因素对仪纶和棉两组分得色及色差的影响,确定了仪纶/棉混纺织物的最佳染色工艺为:匀染剂质量浓度1.0 g/L,元明粉质量浓度50 g/L,碳酸钠质量浓度15 g/L,染色温度90℃,保温时间60 min。结果表明,该染色方法可获得色光稳定、同色性好、各项色牢度高的产品,且工艺简捷,时间短,生产成本低。One-bath one-step dyeing of YILON/cotton mixture is introduced. Factors affecting the color yield and color deviation in dyeing are analyzed. The dyeing process of YILON/cotton mixture is opti- mized as follows： leveling agent 1.0 g/L, sodium sulfate 50 g/L, sodium carbonate 15 g/L, and dyeing at 90℃ for 60 min. This dyeing method can not only gain excellent stability, levelness shade and good col- or fastness, but also feature simple process, shortened time and saved cost.
