摘　　要：通过研究液氨整理对于免烫喷墨印花面料品质的影响,确定了该类面料免烫的工艺流程;同时为满足高精度及深色印花花型的印制需求,筛选了纯棉喷墨印花面料预处理使用的浆料,和提升喷墨印花牢度的固色剂。采用专利的免烫工艺,可使纯棉免烫数码喷墨印花面料的免烫性达到3.5级以上。The influence of liquid ammonia finishing on ink-jet prints is studied, and the following easy- care process is decided. In order to meet the printing requirements of pattern fineness in dark color, the pretreatment sizing agent and fixation agent are researched. The patented easy-care technology can im- prove the DP rating of digital ink-jet prints upto more than Grade 3.5.
