摘 要:计划排产智能、生产过程协同智能、生产资源管控智能和决策支持智能等是智能制造车间的特点。为适应智能化制造,提出了一种面向智能制造车间的设备动态能力分析方法。在建立瓶颈设备负荷率模型的基础上,给出了设备动态能力评估算法。在多品种小批量的生产模式下,基于动态生产任务数据,结合改进型遗传算法,优化了设备利用率,降低了部分关键设备超负荷运行的可能,通过与实际情况比对,最终验证了该分析方法的有效性。The intelligent planning and scheduling, the intelligent coordination production process, the intelligent control of productive resources and intelligent decision support are the characteristics of intellective manufacture workshop. A kind of intelligent manufacturing workshop equipment dynamic capability analysis method is put forward in order to adapt to intelligent manufacturing. On the basis of equipment load rate in bottleneck model, the equipment evaluation algorithm of dynamic capabilities was provided. In many varieties and small batch production mode, based on dynamic production data and combined with improved genetic algorithm, the equipment utilization rate was optimized, and the possibility of Some key equipment overload operation was reduced. With the actual situation in compare, this validates the effectiveness of the proposed analysis method.
