摘 要:介绍了一种由高速开关阀控插装阀对负载流量进行调节的液压马达调速系统,从电子系统与液压系统数学模型相似性原理的角度,建立了液压马达调速系统的数学模型,说明了其调速原理,分析了其调速性能的影响因素,并提出了各液压元件参数合理匹配的方法。最后,通过对马达调速系统的设计与仿真分析,验证了参数匹配的合理性及各参数的不同选择对调速性能的影响,结果表明:调速系统响应快,调速范围宽,但低占空比下的节流损失较大,应尽量保证其在高占空比条件下工作。A speed control system for hydraulic motor is introduced, whose flow was adjusted through cartridge valve which controlled by the high-speed on/off yalve. Its mathematical model based on the similar theory between the electronic and hydraulic system in the mathematical model was established to iUustrate its speed control principle and to analyze the influence factors of speed controlling performance. A reasonable method to match every component parameter was put forward. In the end with the design and simulation analysis of the speed control system, the rationality of parameter matching and the different speed controlling performance with different parameter were verified. The conclusion shows : Speed control system with fast response, wide speed range has a large throttle loss under the low duty cycle, it should be ensured to work at the high duty cycle condition as far as possible.
