摘 要:滚针轴承是齿轮泵关键组件,是制约齿轮泵使用寿命的主要因素之一。对齿轮泵滚针轴承失效机制与优化设计进行研究以提高齿轮泵的使用寿命。针对齿轮泵滚针轴承失效问题,以某型号高压齿轮泵为研究对象,利用CFD仿真精确计算齿轮泵轴承受力,对轴承进行润滑设计,确定轴承尺寸参数。采用工程对数修形方式对滚针进行修形,以消除边缘效应,改善轴承偏载时轴承滚针的应力分布状态。经过试验表明,滚针轴承经过改进后,齿轮泵在25 MPa超载试验中,使用寿命提升20%以上。为设计齿轮泵和滚针轴承及提升齿轮泵使用寿命提供了理论基础。Needle bearing is one of the most important parts for gear pump and it restricts the service life of the pump. It is significant to research the mechanism of failure and optimal design for needle bearing and the service life will be increased. Aimed at problem of failure of needle bearing of external gear pump, the gear pump is used as the research object. The force of bearing was calculated by means of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and lubrication was designed for bearing to confirm its dimension. It would be used engineering logarithmic roller crowning to overcome edge effect and to improve eccentric load effect. Based on the tested 'results, the service life of improved gear pump will increase 20% than before, in the 25 MPa overload test. The method to optimize the bearing will give theoretical basis to design gear pump and needle bearing, and increase its service life.
