摘 要:采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察油溶性二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(Mo DTC)与钙镁型清净剂复配时的摩擦学性能。借助白光干涉仪、扫面电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对磨斑表面进行分析,探讨复配体系的摩擦学作用机制。结果表明:Mo DTC与钙镁型清净剂复配时都表现出一定的减摩抗磨协同性,当Mo DTC质量分数为0.3%~0.5%,清净剂质量分数为2%~3%时,复配体系摩擦学性能相对更显著,这主要是在摩擦过程中形成的Mo S2化学反应膜和相应的沉积膜共同作用的结果。The tribological properties of molybdenum dialkyl dithiocarbamate (MoDTC) combining with calcium and magnesium type detergents were investigated by four-ball friction and wear tester.The worn surface of steel ball was ana- lyzed by white light interferometer, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) , and the tribological mechanism of the compound system was discussed.The results show that there is a synergism to some extent when MoDTC combining with calcium and magnesium type detergents, and the compound system composed of 0. 3%- 0. 5% MoDTC and 0. 3% - 0. 5% detergents has more obvious friction reducing and anti-wear performances.The reason is mainly due to the combined effect of the MoS2 chemical reaction film and the corre- sponding deposited fdm formed during the friction process.
