摘  要:实验研究全膜条件下不同接触固体表面速度效应对弹流润滑的影响。实验在改进的经典的球-盘接触实验装置上进行,通过圆弧导轨改变玻璃盘和钢球转动方向夹角,利用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和伺服放大器控制电机的速率和转向。使用光干涉技术观测轻载下钢球和玻璃盘表面速度方向不在同一方向时接触区油膜的形状,通过MBI软件测量油膜中截面曲线。结果表明,随着两接触表面速度方向夹角增加,油膜厚度减小,当角度达到一定数值最小膜厚会有上升;随着两接触表面速度方向夹角的增大,沿着滑动速度方向上油膜形状的不对称性增加,该现象可用温度-黏度楔的机制解释。The influences of surface speed effect on elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) was investigated by experiment.The experiment was based on the improved classical ball-disc device, in which the angle of ball and disc velocity di- rection can be changed by arc guideway, the speed and rotation of servo motor can be controlled by programmable logic controller(PLC) and servo amplifier.By using the interferometry technique, the oil film shape was observed under light load with different angle between the ball and disc velocities.The mid-section film thickness profile was obtained by MBI soft- ware.It is found that, with the increasing of the angle between the two contact surface velocities, the oil film thickness is de- creased ,the minimum film thickness is decreased firstly, and then increased when the angle reaches a certain value.With the increasing of the angle between the two contact surface velocities, the asymmetry of the oil film shape along the sliding direction is increased.This phenomenon can be explained by the mechanism of the temperature-viscosity wedge.
