摘 要:采用腰果壳油改性酚醛树脂为基体,添加不同比例的碳纤维和玻璃纤维,利用热压烧结的方式制成摩擦材料。利用环-块摩擦磨损实验机与高速钢配副研究摩擦材料在不同制动条件下的摩擦学性能。研究结果表明:碳纤维和玻璃纤维的总量一定时,随着玻璃纤维的含量增加,摩擦材料的摩擦因数随之增大;而相应的磨损率先减少后增大;在摩擦过程中,摩擦材料极易在磨损表面形成一层致密的摩擦膜,摩擦膜的产生降低了摩擦材料的摩擦因数和磨损率,且在高速条件下,摩擦膜更容易形成;当玻璃纤维和碳纤维的质量分数分别为8%、9%时,摩擦材料表现出最好的摩擦学性能;玻璃和碳纤维填充摩擦材料的磨损机制主要为黏着磨损。The cashew nut shell oil modified phenolic resin matrix friction materials with addition of different ratios of carbon fiber and glass fiber were prepared by using a hot pressing technology. The tribological properties of the friction materials sliding against high-speed steel were studied on the ring-block tribotester under different braking conditions.The results show that when the total amount of carbon fiber and glass fiber is constant, the friction coefficient of friction material is increased with the increasing of glass fiber content, and the corresponding wear rate is decreased first and then increased. During the friction process, the wear surface of the friction materials is easily to form a layer of dense friction film, which reduces the friction coefficient and wear rate of the friction materials.And at high-speed conditions, the friction film is more likely to be formed.When the mass fraction of glass fiber and carbon fiber is 8% and 9% ,the friction material shows the best tribological properties.The wear mechanism of the friction material is mainly adhesive wear.
