摘 要:以船用水润滑橡胶轴承为研究对象,基于有限元法和有限体积法,建立水润滑橡胶轴承双向热-流-固耦合模型,研究润滑介质温度和轴颈转速对橡胶衬层变形、水膜压力分布以及承载力的影响。研究结果表明:当进水温度升高时,水的黏度降低,水膜压力减小,橡胶衬层的变形量减小,承载能力降低;而转速增大时,流体动压效果明显,水膜压力增大,衬层变形量增大,承载能力提高;转速越低时,进水温度对承载的影响越小。For studying the hydrodynamic lubrication characteristics of water-lubricated rubber bearings, a two-way ther- mal-fluid-solid coupling model of the water-lubricated rubber bearing was established based on the finite element method and finite volume method.The water film pressure and bearing capacity under the different temperature and rotational speed were studied.The results show that the water film pressure and rubber deformation are decreased and the bearing capacity is weaken, as the water temperature increasing.The water film pressure and rubber deformation are increased and the bear- ing capacity is enhanced, as the rotational speed increasing.However, the temperature has limited influence on the bearing capacity with the lower rotational speed.
