摘　　要："网络权力"是网络空间权力的新形态,体现为一种动态的网络关系,它与现实权力无法割裂。网络权力不仅作用于虚拟空间,在现实空间中也具有巨大影响力;对现实权力的影响加以移植,可以使之在网络空间中发挥权力效力。在二者的互动中,依靠对应的转换策略,网络权力和现实权力能够得以互相转换,这种转换体现在现实权力的网络映射和网络权力的现实运作两个维度。互联网带来了"社会扁平化"的可能,以网民为主体的网络权力存在摆脱寡头规律的可能,网民的灵活多变、没有固定模式的网络权力转换实践,将成为影响网络社会变迁的强大的向上力量。As a new form of cyber space power, net power is a kind of dynamic net relationship and cannot be separated from the realistic power. It not only affects virtual space, but also the realistic, space. If the influ- ence of realistic power is transplanted, realistic power can take effect in cyber space. In the interaction, the two powers are convertible, which can be seen from two dimensions： the realistic power＇ s net mapping and the net power＇ s realistic operation. It is likely that the internet makes the society flattening and the net power with netizens as the major part can break away from the supreme power. Netizens＇ flexibility and the net power＇ s conversion with no fixed models will become a strong force of upward social mobility.
