摘 要:以硼砂、六水合硝酸镧为原料,微波水热合成发光基质材料硼酸镧La_2O_3·(3~3.5)B_2O_3·(7~7.5)H_2O,并通过化学组成分析、XRD、IR、TG-DTA、SEM等手段对产物的组成、结构、性质和形貌进行表征。通过掺杂Eu^(3+)制得硼酸镧基质红色荧光粉,荧光分析结果表明:当Eu^(3+)掺杂量在1%~13%范围内,其发光强度随稀土掺杂量的增大而增强;水(—OH)含量的增加会导致荧光淬灭;通过改变焙烧温度可得到不同晶型、发光性能好且颜色可调的发光基质材料,这种荧光粉可用于发光显示器及荧光器件表面的涂覆。Luminous substrate material,lanthanum borate La2O3·(3 -3.5)B2O3·(7 -7.5)H2O was synthesized by microwave hydrothermal method,with borax and lanthanum nitrate hexahydrate as raw materials.The composition,structure,properties and morphology were characterized by chemical composition analysis,XRD,IR,TG-DTA and SEM.The red phosphor powder of lanthanum borate was prepared by doping Eu^3+,and fluorescence analysis results showed that the emission intensity of the phosphor was enhanced with the increase of the doped rare-earth ions in the range of Eu^3+ concentration from 1% to 13%;Increased water(—OH) content would lead to the fluorescence quenching;Different crystal type,good luminescent properties and color adjustable luminescence materials could be obtained by changing the calcination temperature.The phosphor can be used to coat the light emitting display and the surface of fluorescent device.
