产业集群模式下县域循环经济发展路径及战略研究——以陕南秦巴山区为例

摘　　要：产业集群模式能够有效推动和整合区域内的经济和社会资源,可以增强县域经济的实力和综合竞争力。当前陕南秦巴山区产业集群虽然驱动了县域经济的发展,但是也存在相应的困境与瓶颈,据此提出以主导产业为基点,发展县域特色鲜活产业集群模式,借用陕南秦巴山区各种生态资源优势,构建创新产业集群机制,提高陕南秦巴山区县域经济的整体水平,为其县域循环经济大发展起到带头和典范的作用,进而推动整个秦巴山区整体县域循环经济全面发展。The industrial cluster model can effectively promote and integrate economic and social resources within the specific region, and can enhance the strength and comprehensive competitiveness of county economy. Currently, though the industrial cluster of Southern Shaanxi Province Qinling-Bashan mountains can drive the development of county economy, there are also corresponding difficulties and bottlenecks, as to these problems, the article puts forward to the development of fresh industry cluster pattern with a county territory characteristic on the basis of leading industry, builds the innovation mechanism of industrial cluster to improve the overall level of Qinling-Bashan mountains county economy relying on the thus playing a leading and exemplary role for its recycling edge of its all kinds of ecological resources in the area, economy development, furthermore, the entire Qinling- Bashan mountains overall county recycling economy can develop as a whole.
