摘  要:从地表土壤中筛选得到1株高效硝化细菌,16S rDNA基因测序与菌株Flavobacterium sasangense YC6274T的亲缘性达到99.7%。结合生理生化分析,确定其属于黄杆菌属,命名为Flavobacterium sp.FL211T。菌株FL211T不但具有异养硝化能力,也具有好氧反硝化能力,异养硝化能力更突出。菌株FL211T在最佳生长条件(初始pH 7.5、柠檬酸钠为碳源、C/N=5),分别以NH_4^+-N,NO_2^--N和NO_3^--N为唯一氮源的最佳脱氮效率达到49.08%,6.70%和36.46%;在混合氮源条件下,脱氮效率为30.20%。A highly efficient nitrifying bacteria was isolated from the surface soil. A 99.7% of 16S rRNA gene simi- larity with the strain Flavobacterium sasangense YC6274T was obtained. Combining physiological and biochemical analysis, it was identified belonging to Flavobacterium and named as Flavobacterium sp. FL211T. The strain had both heterotrophic nitrification and aerobic denitrification ability, and heterotrophic nitrification ability is more prominent. In this study, the strain was cultured in the optimal conditions of pH equaled 7.5, sodium citrate used as carbon source, C/N=5. The optimum nitrogen removal efficiency of 49.08%, 6.70% and 36.46%, respectively, was observed with NH4+-N, NO2--N or NO3--N as sole nitrogen sources. A maximum nitrogen removal efficiency of 30.20% was obtained with mixed nitrogen source.
