平班水电站事故配压阀缺陷分析及处理

摘　　要：事故配压阀为水轮发电机组的正常运行提供安全可靠的保护。针对平班水电站事故配压阀3起典型的缺陷,基于事故配压阀的结构及工作原理对缺陷原因进行了分析,并提出相应的处理方法,解决了由缺陷引起的事故配压阀动作延时、供油管摆动较大、导叶接力器停顿问题,提高了事故配压阀的可靠性。The emergency distributing valve provides secure and reliable protection for the normal operation of hydroelectric generating unit. Aiming at three typical defects of emergency distributing valve in Pingban hydropower station, reasons of defects are analyzed based on the structure and working principle of emergency distributing valve, and corresponding treatment methods are proposed, which solves problems including the action delay of emergency distributing valve caused by defects, over-swing of oil supply line and pause of guide vane servomotor and improves the reliability of emergency distributing valve.
