新时代下滨海新区助推环渤海湾区经济发展的路径选择

摘　　要：十九大报告中明确提出加快推动形成全面开放新格局,作为京津冀协同发展战略的重要组成部分,滨海新区承担着探索对外开放发展新模式的重大历史使命。本文在分析对比世界著名湾区发展模式的基础上,研究整理出有借鉴价值的经验,提出滨海新区助推环渤海湾区经济发展的具体举措。In the report delivered to the 19~ National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it is specified that efforts should be made to bring about a new phase of all-round opening up. As the significant part of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin- Hebei region, Binhai New Area undertakes a great historic mission to explore the new development mode of opening up. This paper, based on the analysis and comparison of development modes of world famous bay areas, studies and sorts out experience with reference value and proposes specific measures for Binhai New Area to promote the economy development of bay area around Bohai.
