基于大数据分析京津冀产业协同进展与动向  

Analysis of Progress and Trend of Industrial Cooperation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Based on Big Data

摘　　要：基于企业大数据,对2014年至2016年10月期间京津冀三地企业相互投资、联合创新进行监测分析。发现京津冀协同发展战略实施以来,三地产业协同发展呈现出一些新动向,如企业资本实力明显增强,注册资本三年增长了近五成;三地互投增长迅猛,北京成为资本辐射中心和资本净流出地;联合创新形成新动力,北京发挥核心引领作用;区域分工格局初步形成,产业升级步伐明显加快等。针对一些值得关注的问题提出相应的政策建议,如北京对津冀投资仍有较大潜力可挖,区域应进一步加强疏解、承接和合作;要保持产业协同良好态势,需及时跟进配套措施;河北吸纳资本主要集中在制造业,产业转型升级任重道远;优化产业布局应与优化城镇布局结合起来等。Based on the Big-Data of enterprises, we monitored and analyzed the mutual investment and joint innovation of enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region during 2014 to Oct.2016. We find there are some new trends since the implementation of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Firstly, the capital strength of enterprises is obviously enhanced with an increase of registered capital of about 50% in three years. Secondly, the mutual investment sees a rapid increase and Beijing has already become the capital radial center and net outflow place. Thirdly, Beijing plays a core leading role in the joint innovation which has already become the new engine of coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Finally, pattern of industrial regional division has taken its initial shape and upgrading of industry has been accelerated obviously. We propose policy suggestions for certain concerns accordingly, for example, there is great potential for Beijing to make investment in Tianjin and Hebei, and it shall be done to further strengthen the decentralization and cooperation within the region; the supporting measures should be taken in a timely manner to maintain the good situation of industrial cooperation; it is a long term for I-Iebei to realize industrial transformation and upgrading as investment is mainly concentrated on manufacturing industry; and optimization of industrial layout and urban distribution should be integrated.
