摘　　要：林权主体改革完成以后,山林权属纠纷呈急剧增长趋势,稍有不慎就有可能引发群体性事件。因此,了解和掌握山林权属纠纷的特点,正确分析纠纷产生的原因,精心探索研究调处化解办法,对推进新干县经济发展和社会稳定具有十分重要的现实意义。After the completion of the reform of forest ownership, the dispute over forest ownership has been increas- ing rapidly and a careless mistake may lead to mass incidents. Therefore, to understand and grasp the characteris- tics of forest ownership dispute, the correct analysis of the causes of disputes with the careful exploration mediation solutions has very important practical significance for promoting economic development and social stability in Xingan county.
