摘 要:结构模型试验需要对小型金属阻尼器、粘滞阻尼器、支座等进行力学性能测试,研究其压、弯、剪等多种受力性能。基于运动学基本原理,设计小型模块化压剪试验装置,确保所施加的荷载及变形为纯剪或者纯拉压,实现精确的位移和力加载测试,从而具备精细化压剪试验能力。通过模数界面与液压伺服加载控制系统、反力架(或反力墙)等装置组合,实现对不同类型小比例模型试件的基本力学性能试验。该装置的设计与实践,为小比例模型试件性能测试提供了一个便捷的解决方案。Structural model tests are often used to test mechanical properties of small scale model specimens, such as small metallic dampers, viscous dampers and bearings. Compression, bending, shear and other mechanical properties are investigated by structural model tests. Based on the principle of kinematics, the compression-shear test apparatus is designed to ensure that the applied loads and deformations are pure shear or pure compression-tension. Aecuratedisplacement and force loadings can be achieved, so that precisecompression-shear tests can be conducted. By the combination of a module interface, a hydraulic servo loading control system anda reaction frame (reaction wall ) , basic mechanical properties testing of different types of small scale model specimens is realized. The design and practice of the test apparatus provides a convenient solution for the performance test of the small scale modelspecimens.
